I Have Ordered The Wrong Title or Quantity

If you go to My Account or My Orders, you can view the list of recent orders. We are happy to cancel an “In Progress” order any time before it enters the dispatching process. Please contact us to arrange this.


Once the title is being processed for dispatch, it will be posted within the next 24 hours and can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us for details on how to return the goods. After the returned item arrives and is processed, we will be able to refund your card.
