On the information page for every product on our site, we display an estimated dispatch time for the item.
Some items can be dispatched on the same day, these items show as "In Stock - Order before 6pm for same day dispatch"
Most items are able to be dispatched within 1-2 days and show as "In Stock - Usually dispatched within 24 hours".
If an item is in stock with one of our suppliers, then the stock availability on the product information page will show "Stock Available". These orders will usually be dispatched within 7 working days.
If a product shows as "Out of Stock", we currently don't have a date when we will receive new stock, we will try to get an estimated dispatch date for you as soon as possible.
As soon as all of the items on your order are available we will dispatch your order without delay.
On our checkout, we will give you an estimated delivery date for your parcel based on all of the items in your order. In some cases, we are unable to provide this but our Customer Service team may be able to provide further information by telephone or email.
