Exceptions: Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items:

• Dated Materials (including dated periodicals), 

• Made to Order items, 

• Customised items, 

• Digital products (including eBooks) which have already been downloaded, 

• Earrings, 

• Consumable Items (including Altar Breads, Chocolate and Communion Wine)

Audio Recordings, DVDs, Videos, Talks and Software can only be returned if they were dispatched to you in a shrink-wrapped or sealed package AND are returned in the same unopened condition.

Many of these products are not produced in sealed packaging and therefore cannot be returned unless they are faulty for copyright reasons.
